Primary Role :-

Key Purpose of the Job

To support country merchandising manager to manage inventory and achieve KPI, including revenue, margin%, GP$ and Sell Through%.

Main Responsibilities

Merchandising

Review weekly business to identify best/worst sellers and reasons behind;
Propose promotion/markdown based on current sales trend and product performance;
Monitor and review brand performance ensuring company goals were met

Inventory management;

Manage both current season and off-season inventory to achieve company target;
Plan stock allocation to the right stores and optimize the business opportunities. Coordinate among brands, shops, warehouse, and logistics partners to ensure smooth deliveries and minimize disruptions to shop operations;
Analyze and identify the trends and causes behind any risks or opportunities; and/or
Perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

Min Diploma in Fashion, Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent with 2 years of merchandising experience in fashion apparel industry for Merchandiser
Analytical, meticulous and have sharp business acumen;
Detail-minded, able to work independently and under a tight schedule;
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and other local dialects .
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office. (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
