At Bjak, we are scaling fast - and merchants are at the heart of our ecosystem. As a Merchant Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for finding, convincing, and growing the right merchants to join us.

Your mission: make Bjak the platform merchants want to be on, and ensure they succeed once they’re in. We are looking for a merchant growth driver who knows how to hunt, pitch, and close. Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, builds strong partnerships, and delivers results.

• Have strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Like building relationships that last beyond the first deal.

• Are motivated by targets and performance goals.

• Thrive in high-energy, rapid-growth environments.

The Right Fit Has…

• 3–5 years’ experience in merchant acquisition, partnerships, or sales.

• A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs.

• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.

• Experience in fintech, digital payments, or e-commerce ecosystems.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to growth-stage startups or scale-ups.

• Understanding of digital marketing campaigns and merchant promotions.

• Regional merchant acquisition experience.
