Merchant Onboarding Agent - Bahasa Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur

You will conduct a holistic risk review of Merchants in the Business Seller Segment through various workflows, including a balanced approach of assessing fraud and financial risk and the merchant experience

What you need to bring:

• Fluency in English and Regional Language.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar role
• Conflict management, multitasking, driven for results, creative. Good at learning on the fly, with a strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong working knowledge of external systems and PC based internet and software applications (e.g. Internet, Microsoft Office).

Meet Our Team:

Our team partners with Merchants in the Business Seller Segment, interacting proactively and educating them while making strong decisions which will balance risk and experience.

We operate globally, but specifically in EMEA, Middle East Europe, North America and some countries in APAC. We monitor accounts for indications of risk assessment with merchant growth potential, conducting holistic reviews to understand the merchant´s situation, validating and understanding the Merchants situation, mitigating any type of risk.

Your way to Impact:

You will be working independently, doing holistic reviews that would require ability to work independently, within ‘gray’ areas of policy where outstanding decision-making quality is present.

This requires ability to function in multiple queues covering a variety of tasks with a sense of urgency and follow-through

Your Day to Day:

• You will do holistic reviews and provide Merchant Education.
• Your critical thinking is End to End to understand the full Merchant Life Cycle evaluating Identity, Intent, Business Model, and Financial Stability of our merchants.
• You wear several “hats” - Risk, Relationship Manager, Sales, Negotiator, and Investigator.
• You will work towards understanding Industry risk idiosyncrasies
• You are working to have Global awareness of process alignment and economy implications.
• You always put yourself in the merchant’s shoes and act as a strong partner.
• You have the ability to effectively communicate outcomes, build relationships and consult with our Merchants.
