Requirements:
- Degree in IT/Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related courses.
- Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position.
- Knowledge in support servers / VM Servers will be an advantage.
- Good analytical, technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in troubleshooting system.
- Able to work independently and good communication skills.
Job Responsibility:
- Proficiently install and configure both hardware and software components.
- Skillfully diagnose and replace damaged hardware as needed.
- Enable to upgrade systems to ensure seamless compatibility with software applications.
- Effectively install and update antivirus software to enhance security measures.
- Conduct through testing procedures on new hardware and software solutions.
- Adeptly troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to maintain system efficiency.
- Work closely with Departments to solve problems, meet schedules and track progress in achieving goals and objectives.
