MIS Manager-Manufacturing (ERP, INFO SYTELINE )

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement MIS objectives, policies, and procedures to ensure secure and efficient use of MIS systems.
• Manage regional project rollouts and implementations.
• Oversee user and database management.
• Provide ERP support and manage support levels.
• Handle vendor management and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Define and review the MIS budget and create yearly action plans.
• Conduct group and vendor audits.
• Review and develop system customizations and reports.
• Define and implement disaster recovery plans.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors or management.

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS SQL Server, including SQL queries, Stored Procedures, and SQL Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Ability to understand system functional requirements and business operation processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with Power BI and knowledge of MS Dynamics are advantageous.
• Possess at least a degree in Computer Science; professional certification in MIS is a plus.
• Experience in Information Systems or related fields, or equivalent MIS work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an ERP environment.
• Experience with Infor SyteLine Industrial Manufacturing CloudSuite ERP; knowledge of manufacturing operations is an advantage.
• Experience or knowledge in implementing or managing ERP systems.
• Strong leadership skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
