Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Professionally craft and present a diverse range of cocktails, ensuring quality and consistency in every drink following the recipe and standard
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalized drink recommendations.
• Maintain a well-organized and stocked bar, including liquor, garnishes, mixers, and barware.
• Operate bar equipment, including shakers, muddlers, and blenders, with precision and efficiency.
• Demonstrate flair bartending skills, such as juggling and creative presentation, to enhance the guest experience.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries about ingredients, flavours, and drink options.
• Stay informed about current beverage trends, new spirits, and innovative mixology techniques.
• Conduct training sessions for bar and service staff to enhance their knowledge
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed.
• Uphold health and safety standards, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback, ensuring satisfaction with the beverage offerings.
• Attend shift briefing according to the shift schedule. 
• To perform any other duties that are assigned from time to time and to follow all the rules and regulations set or implemented by the Company.

To be successful in this role, you need to:

• Possess minimum SPM, preferably Diploma in Hospitality field.
• Possess cocktail mixing certification.
• At least 3 years of working experiences in a Bar.
• Good exposure in variety of job scope.
• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
