MLM Direct Sales Manager - Professional Development Opportunities

Job Responsibilities:

1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
3. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives as an effective guider and leader
4. Manage, plan and forecast customer demand, balancing projected forecasts and actual rules, financial analysis and create trend forecasts and implement sales plans
5. Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals
6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
7. Recruit, train and supervise staff Representing the organization to give a talk, or presentation, at community events, trade shows, conventions, or other public gatherings as appropriate

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Administration / Marketing equivalent

2. At least 3 years of working experience in the MLM industry added as advantage

3. Must have working knowledge of products, customer needs, buying practices, sales goals and retail environment related to the industry

4. Experienced in using Microsoft Office, good in reporting and analysis

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills

6. Possess people management experience

Able to communicate well in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin
