Mobile Application Developer - Kuala Lumpur

POSITION OVERVIEW

In this role the Implementation Engineer will have a customer solution focus, providing technical consultancy to our customers and contributing to the development and configuration of solutions to meet the needs of an ever-evolving supply chain and logistics industry. The Implementation Engineer will work in a small agile team of highly motivated professionals and deliver world class solutions leveraging products on the latest mobile and cloud-based technologies.

Job Location: Kuala Lumpur

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Configures e2open application and collaborates with technical team for implementation of integrations and customizations to meet client’s needs.
• Demonstrates expertise in software implementations and applies industry knowledge to decipher client’s needs.
• Partnering with internal product/analytics team to implement standard solutions.
• Customizing standard solutions to meet customer requirements.
• System testing, trouble shooting, code review and unit testing.
• Presenting solutions to the customers.
• Offer third level support to the production support team.
• Works closely with and communicates effectively and independently with project managers, Solution Architects and Quality Engineers, as well as customers.
• Responsible for collaborating regularly with global, multicultural teams both within e2open and on client’s side.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Tertiary Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or an equivalent.
• Experience developing software, ideally in a Microsoft stack with C#.
• Understanding of OOD and .NET design patterns
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as you will collaborate within the wider team and participate in customer demos.
• Willingness and ability to travel (predominantly to Australia, Singapore and within New Zealand

• Microsoft Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, Confluence, Jira
• Knowledge of agile software delivery (Scrum or Kanban)
• Experience with RESTful APIs serving JSON/XML built using ASP.NET / Web API
• Mobile Application Development (Android, iOS, Xamarin)
• Understanding of Cloud technologies (Amazon AWS/Microsoft Azure)
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Experience with Windows Server / Windows Services
• Capacity for teamwork, analytical skills, creativity, and willingness to acquire new skills.
• Working knowledge of at least one e2open solution (tech stack, delivery methodology, change mgmt.)
• A flexible, motivated self-starter, who can work successfully both independently and closely with other team members.
• Must be highly organized and detail orientated.
• Must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a deadline driven environment.
