Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• To perform operation / process as per document and must be certified. 
• Performing daily process or operation as per document. 
• To be certified to perform process or operation. 
• To highlight any quality issues regarding the product or operation to Line Leader or Supervisor. 
• To follow any other related process such as ESD and Cleanroom procedure. 
• Does not perform work with substandard tools or machines. 
• To achieve daily target given to them. 
• Maintain 5S all the time (to perform at the end of the shift). 
• Practice Lean Manufacturing. Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time. 
• Derive Continual Improvement. 
• Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task. 

Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc.
 

Education & Experience

Minimum:  SPM

Skills

• Basic knowledge of glue volatilization and glue mixing environment requirements or familiar with either coupling or welding or soldering equipments.
• Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of buddy, duration of learning, etc
• Communication skill

• Basic computer knowledge: Microsoft Office
