As a key member of our MVNE team, the System Engineer (SE) plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all systems under IP-Tribe's care. The SE is entrusted with providing onsite/Remote support to meet the SLAs (Service Level Agreements) set with our esteemed clientele. Reporting directly to the Manager, the SE follows and creates documentation for operational procedures and troubleshooting steps, actively participates in relevant training sessions to enhance skills, and ensures adherence to SLAs.
We are seeking a candidate who not only understands the complexities of our Mission critical environment but also possesses the technical ability to be part of our team towards delivering quality support 24x7.

We are currently seeking for highly motivated individuals to join our team and expansion plan in the region.
The Network Operation Centre (NOC) that is newly setup in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia will be responsible for supporting & operating client solutions which have been deployed either by IP-Tribe or together with solution partners. The NOC will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) via Managed Services contract for any system monitoring, health checks, general inquiries from interfacing systems, and outage management.
