[MY] Clinic Assistant [Klinik Chew]

About the role

We are seeking a Clinic Assistant who will manage daily operations of the Klinik Chew based in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur

Working Shift
Mon-Fri (9am-5pm/1pm-9pm)
Sat/Sun (9am-2pm [only 1 day])

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

• Oversees day-to-day operations and administrative matters in the clinic


• Handles front desk registration of patient, schedule medical appointments, dispensing medications and consumables and payment collection


• Provide administrative support


• Record medical billings/invoices


• Responsible for daily cash handling and panel claims


• Maintain clinic filing system


• Responsible for monthly stock-taking of drugs and consumables


• Assist Doctor to provide treatment and medical examination


• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned


• Submit a monthly report to management


• Daily routine check and to maintain the cleanliness at premises outdoor and indoor


• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

• Minimally 3 years of clinic related experience 


• Attention to detail and meticulousness is a must


• Able to work on shifts and weekend (half day)


• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership


• Have an ‘owner’ mentality to ensure clinic is profitable


• Strong operations background would be a plus


• Experience in audit/risk management in healthcare/clinic operations setting will be an advantage


• Ability to think outside of the box to solve problems 


• Unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do


• Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow


• Able to work based in Wangsa Maju, Seksyen 2, Jalan Metro Wangsa, Wangsa Maju, 53300 Kuala Lumpur
