About the team

Our Commercial team is a pivotal component of Doctor Anywhere. We're a tenacious group in charge of a wide range of business development and strategic partnership initiatives. Our primary job is to establish and expand our collaboration with insurance providers, healthcare agencies and corporate clients in order to provide healthcare to employees and the community.

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer who will work with our in-house creative team to support the marketing department and various business units within the organization.

You have a passion for visual communication, with an appreciation and understanding of the importance of a strong brand identity. You will play a key role in being a brand guardian for Doctor Anywhere, ensuring that all touch points are protected, and the brand is presented in-line with our brand identity and vision.

This role is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and reports directly to the Creative Lead.

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

• Develop thoughtful and high-quality visuals for online & print marketing collaterals.


• Support the fast creative needs for editorial, content, and social marketing.


• Able to conduct independent creative research to form design ideas


• Collaborating and communicating with multiple internal stakeholders, including Product, BD and Clinic team.


• Plan and prioritize requests and manage work time efficiently.


• Ensure consistency in brand identity for all media touchpoints


• Support the development of the new brand identity guidelines of Doctor Anywhere


• Support the development of marketing assets for DA Marketplace (health and wellness products & services)


• Support the creative team in maintaining our Marketing Resource Centre with new/updated brand marketing materials


• Ability to edit video/create motion graphics animation is a plus.

About you

• A Degree in Graphic Design/Visual Arts/Marketing with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in the design field


• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign 


• Proven ability to create compelling visual communications using a range of design programs


• Creative and forward-thinking, with knowledge of current visual design trends


• Ability to conceptualize, synthesize and illustrate key messages that incorporate different perspectives


• Experienced in designing for a range of media including presentations, print, digital, etc.


• Experience of working within a tech startup and hyper-growth environment would be a bonus


• A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able  to work independently when required


• Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a fast-growing business and there are always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun. You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time.
