About the role

We are seeking a Senior/ Executive, Business Processing who is responsible for processing clients' data and ensuring all data is processed accurately and timely. The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration, and the ability to deal with ambiguity, especially in a start-up environment.

This role is based in Malaysia and reports directly to the Assistant Manager, Business Processing.

A summary of the key responsibilities is as follows:

• Manage day-to-day policy servicing function to ensure that all transactions are processed in the agreed turnaround time.


• Receive, validate and maintain clients’ data in the system.


• Ensure all data are processed accurately and timely.


• Conduct validation process and data audit as required, ensuring accuracy of data is maintained throughout the system.


• Generate operational reports as and when necessary.


• Any other adhoc duties assigned when appropriate.

About you

• Diploma/Degree in relevant disciplines with minimally 2 years of relevant experience


• Ability to communicate clearly in both writing and verbally


• Discipline and meticulous with ability to work both independently and as a team


• Proficient in Microsoft Office or GSuite applications


• A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges. 


• Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
