Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to join our team. As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to drive revenue growth and expand market share across the country. This role requires proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand our customer base nationally.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance evaluations to assess individual and team performance, provide feedback and implement necessary correction actions.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to drive innovation and growth.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records, sales pipelines, and other relevant documentation using CRM software or other sales tools.
- Assist credit team to follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve any payment issues and discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
