Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced .NET Technical Lead with strong hands-on development expertise, solutioning capabilities, and team management experience. The ideal candidate will lead a small development team, drive technical design and architecture discussions, and ensure successful delivery of scalable enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Lead and manage a small team of developers for application delivery and support.
⢠Design and propose scalable technical solutions based on business requirements.
⢠Provide hands-on development using Microsoft .NET technologies.
⢠Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best development practices.
⢠Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
⢠Participate in architecture discussions, effort estimations, and technical planning.
⢠Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide resolution guidance.
⢠Ensure timely delivery of projects with quality and performance standards.
⢠Mentor junior developers and support technical skill development within the team.
⢠Drive Agile/Scrum development practices and participate in sprint activities.
Requirements
⢠Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
⢠7â10 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies.
⢠Proven experience leading or managing small technical teams.
⢠Strong hands-on experience in:
⢠C#
⢠ASP.NET / .NET Core
⢠Web APIs / RESTful Services
⢠SQL Server
⢠JavaScript, HTML, CSS
⢠Experience in solution design, system integration, and application architecture.
⢠Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
⢠Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure is an advantage.
⢠Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
⢠Experience in enterprise application development.
⢠Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
⢠Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization is a plus.
⢠Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domain experience is advantageous.
