Job Description:
- Scout, identify and review properties according to SPX relocation/expansion requirements
- Liaison between Landlords, Real Estate Agents and Lawyers
- Input and maintain Property Scouting, Rating Sheet and Property Status - LOO and TA
- Raise payment for deposits and monthly rentals
- Handover inspection and key collection for renovation
- Compile documents for business license application, utility account opening and vendor registration
- Prepare LOO and TA with Legal team, negotiation of terms and conditions with landlords/agents
- Present potential property for approval to enter in tenancy and site visits arrangement
Requirements:
- Min. 1-3 years of working experience in the Real Estate/Leasing, or any equivalent field
- Preferably have good understanding of tenancy agreements leasing contract
- Proficient in using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides and etc)
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Well developed interpersonal and communication skills and adaptable to changes
- Has own transportation and willing to travel outstation if required
