Job Description

• Involved in pre-sale or post-sale technical support. Including network design, installation and customer support for LAN/ WAN, Network switches and Network Security.
• Be part of our growth plan, by growing Networking and Network Security business and projects in various market segments, leverage on strong existing business, reseller partner networks and service infra. Distributor of tier-1 network security and Load Balancer.
• Ensure sales team and customers/ partners received incomparable support.

Requirements:

• Preferably with LAN/ WAN L2/ L3 switching, Routing Protocol implementation background.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Network Security), Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Available position Network Engineer 2-year exp. Technical Manager 5-year exp. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification.
• Good communication skills. Self-starter and team worker.
• Able to travel, Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin speaking is a plus.
• CCNA/  CCNP or equivalent.
