Network Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure and services, including servers, access points, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Configure and maintain network devices, ensuring the equipment operate efficiently.
• Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issue, outages, and infrastructure/ services implementing corrective measures in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure high availability, and security of server infrastructure, applications, systems, and data.
• Maintain backup solutions for network, server, and infrastructures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
• Stay up to date with the latest networking and cloud technologies and best practices and make recommendations for improvement.
• Create and maintain documentation of network infrastructure, infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in networking, computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in networking or a related field
• Knowledge in LAN/WAN/Wireless L2/L3 environments and cybersecurity
• Experience in managing and maintaining large network infrastructure environment
• Experience in Windows OS, Active Directory, security policies set up, backup & recovery or network equipment such as access point, firewall, switches, M365 etc
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant industry certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP or equivalent is a plus
• Highly committed and responsible towards the job.
• Those with more years of experience can be considered for Senior role.
