Responsibilities:
- Provide remote or onsite technical support on SD-WAN product debugging and troubleshooting
- Perform technical serice work of SD-WAN project remote or onsite delivery, handle urgent business requests and issues from customers
- Compose and maintain technical documentation and reports as required
- Per project need, short term travel to customer location (domestic or overseas) may be required
Requirements:
- Min 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Degree in Information Technology or Security-related curriculum preferred.
- Experienced in WLAN/SDWAN/SASE or related work, especially in network engineering and servicing skills.
- Experienced in network device debugging project with in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocol and routing switch.
- Willing to travel oversea when required.
