We are searching for a versatile Network Management Officer (Call Centre) to join our stellar team at Integrated Health Plans Pte Ltd in Johor Bahru, Johor.

  • Receive enquires via emails and phones from the panels
  • Key in details into the system
  • Answer and close enquires if possible
  • Route enquires to the appropriate personnel if required
  • Follow up calls / emails to the panel if necessary
  • Engage and recruit medical facilities to the network
  • Correspond with medical facilities with regards to network management
  • Provide admin support to the team
  • To identify and set up panel of Panel network of General Practitioners (GP), specialist and hospital for cashless access.
  • Monitoring and review of customer service quality of the network providers.
  • Work closely with the respective department to expedite the processing of GL issuance/payments.
  • Attend to query or complains from customer or network providers
  • Correspond with medical facilities with regards to network management

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Excel and Words
  • Good communication skill
  • Excellent negotiation technique
  • Education: Diploma / Degree
  • Experience: 1 – 2 years’ experience in vendor / medical / event / loyalty management
  • Like to interact with people
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Able to multitask
  • Resourceful and can think out of the box
  • Results oriented
  • Must be able to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays
