- Receive enquires via emails and phones from the panels
- Key in details into the system
- Answer and close enquires if possible
- Route enquires to the appropriate personnel if required
- Follow up calls / emails to the panel if necessary
- Engage and recruit medical facilities to the network
- Correspond with medical facilities with regards to network management
- Provide admin support to the team
- To identify and set up panel of Panel network of General Practitioners (GP), specialist and hospital for cashless access.
- Monitoring and review of customer service quality of the network providers.
- Work closely with the respective department to expedite the processing of GL issuance/payments.
- Attend to query or complains from customer or network providers
- Correspond with medical facilities with regards to network management
Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel and Words
- Good communication skill
- Excellent negotiation technique
- Education: Diploma / Degree
- Experience: 1 – 2 years’ experience in vendor / medical / event / loyalty management
- Like to interact with people
- Customer Service Oriented
- Able to multitask
- Resourceful and can think out of the box
- Results oriented
- Must be able to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays
