New Categories Supply Chain Optimization Manager

Lead end-to-end supply chain optimisation across multi-tier suppliers by improving visibility, inventory management, supplier collaboration, and digital capabilities to ensure efficient, cost-effective delivery aligned with business demand.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure supplier production and delivery meet demand requirements while minimizing cost and waste
  
  
  • Maintain visibility and control over Tier 1–3 production and component plans
  
  
  • Manage inventory policies, including shortage and obsolescence risk mitigation
  
  
  • Monitor and improve supplier performance against supply chain KPIs
  
  
  • Manage and update supply chain data, tools, and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, templates)
  
  
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for supply issues
  
  
  • Coordinate cross-functional and supplier meetings to drive alignment and execution
  
  
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives across the supply chain
  
  
  
  

What are we looking for?

• 
  
  
  
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  
  
  
  

• 
  
  
  
  • Proven experience in supply and demand planning using ERP systems
  
  
  • Strong experience in supplier management and cross-functional collaboration
  
  
  • Advanced Excel skills (including macros) and Power BI dashboard development
  
  
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Source, Make, Deliver)
  
  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
  
  
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  
  
  • Knowledge of supply chain systems and tools (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis) and fluency in English
