Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Assist in preparation of reports, documentation, and data entry.
• Support procurement and supply chain activities as needed.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and organize meetings.
• Contribute to improving operational workflows and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Relevant diploma or degree depending on the role applied for.
• Previous experience in a similar non-engineering function is preferred but not always essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
