Job Description

• Ensure the boiler is operated safely in accordance with the specified specifications and established SOPs.
• Assist the management in performing repair works on the Boiler, RO Plant, and equipment as instructed, especially during
• inspections by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).
• Conduct and record periodic inspections (preventive maintenance) on the Boiler, RO Plant, and designated equipment.
• Record daily data for the Boiler, RO Plant, and other equipment, such as steam coil leakage, etc.
• Perform repair work on steam coils, steam pipes, and leaking condensate pipes.
• Ensure spare parts for the Boiler, RO Plant, steam, and condensate systems are in good condition and sufficient in stock.
• Comply with safety regulations, SOPs, and ISO standards when operating the Boiler and performing repair works within the company premises.
