People witn passion and desire to disrupt the status quo, push boundaries and drrve innovation \u2014 whilst unlocking your own potential.\n\nResponsibilities and Qualifications for Internal Candidates\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Develop and industrialize new materials and new processes, including Molding, Trim \u0026 Form, Solder Ball Attach, and Package Saw, for new package products such as QFP HD/SHD, BGA, PSSO/PSO, HiQuad, SOIC, and SSOP.\n * Support qualification lots and engineering lots to ensure timely market introduction of new packages and products.\n * Review and update Process Specifications, FMEA, OCAP, and Process Control Plans.\n * Support EOL process optimization during major quality complaints.\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Master\u2019s or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.\n * Minimum 2\u20133 years of working experience in EOL processes; experience with BGA packages will be an added advantage.\n * Strong technical knowledge of processes and materials.\n * Skilled in Design of Experiments (DOE); experience with SAS-JMP will be an added advantage.\n * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\n * Familiarity with FMEA, 8D, and other quality assurance tools.\n * Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure.\n * Fresh graduates with excellent academic results are encouraged to apply.\n\n\n\nFooter for Internal Candidates\n\nWorking at ST means innovating tor a future that we want to make smarten greener, in a responsible and sustainable way.
