YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• The NPI Engineer will fully support all future Hard Tag new projects and related NPI project development and qualification.
• In charge of quality & reliability testing for the new product with co-operation with Quality dept. 
• Bill of Material (BOM) construction.
• Generate cost model for customization/new product when is necessary.
• Plan, execute, follow-up and lead on customization/ new product build by working together with product development engineer to proceed with Released for Production (RFP) status.
• Act as the liaison person or contact window for commercial team and external customers for customization/new product requirement prior to kick off.  

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 5 years of relevant experience with hands-on experience with NPI activities (knowledge in R&D and Project Management are a plus).
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a highly collaborative work environment and is comfortable with document reporting.
• High computer literacy, technically good with numbers and is able to work independently. 
• Resilient, highly adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably working experiences in plastic injection line and familiar with DFM/ mold analysis knowledge.
• Well verse of Autocad/ solid work or other drawing tools is a must.
