Job Description for Office Admin (Executive / Assistant) 
A general office assistant provide support to operations based on the organization needs to ensure smooth operations.

In this role, you will be required to be multi-task, provide real-time scheduling support, and be able to handle general admin task.

Responsibilities:

  1. Tea lady Coordination:
  • Assist to supervise the work of the tea lady, manage the daily cleaning operations of the office pantry ensuring all pantry areas are well maintained, organized and stocked with adequate non-dairy products.

 

  1. Stationary Control:
  • Oversee stationary inventory, procurement, and distribution, ensuring departments have necessary supplies for smooth workflow.

 

  1. Hostel Management Service : 
  • Managing accommodations for expatriate requires specialized knowledge and attention to detail, ensure comfortable living conditions, proper maintenance, and adherence to safety standards. Handle all aspects, including facility management, room allocation, catering, and welfare support.

 

  1. Other task which is required based on the organization needs. 

Requirements:

  • Professional certificate / Diploma in any field with at least 5 years' relevant working experience preferably in multi-national company or manufacturing environment.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking.
  • Friendly, approachable, excellent in work responsibility, good in communication skills, multitasking, detail-oriented and responsiveness. 
  • Good command of written and spoken in Mandarin, English, Malay. 
  • Strong commitment and able to work overtime / during weekend if there is any request. 
  • Applicant must proceed with driving license Class D.
