- Perform data entry and document submission thru customer's systems
- Perform bookkeeping and maintain a filing system (experience & knowledge is not necessary but would be an advantage).
- Correspond with suppliers on RQF & purchase orders.
- Correspond with customers to ensure complete document on quotation, delivery order & invoice
- Upkeep of office and workshop facilities
- Providing support to all department and superiors as needed.
- Maintain & ensure pantry replenish & office tardiness.
- Other administrative and clerical tasks as instructed
- Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
