Job Description:
- In charge of all office despatch duties.
- Safekeeping of documents and or parcels during transmittal.
- Maintain records of all daily duties and update record of despatch assignments.
- To assist in daily general office operation matters.
- Motoring and purchase of essential items for office consumption.
- Accomplish work-related activities or tasks assigned by the superior as needed.
Job-Related Experience and Knowledge:
- Min 1-year working experience in the related field.
- SPM/STPM Level.
- Must have own transport.
- Possess a valid driving license for Class B2 and D.
- Well organized; good punctuality records.
- Good communication skills and Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision.
