Job Description:

In charge of all office despatch duties.
Safekeeping of documents and or parcels during transmittal.
Maintain records of all daily duties and update record of despatch assignments.
To assist in daily general office operation matters.
Motoring and purchase of essential items for office consumption.
Accomplish work-related activities or tasks assigned by the superior as needed.

Job-Related Experience and Knowledge:

Min 1-year working experience in the related field.
SPM/STPM Level.
Must have own transport.
Possess a valid driving license for Class B2 and D.
Well organized; good punctuality records.
Good communication skills and Interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under minimal supervision.
