Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and help support important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability.

The opportunity

Join our dynamic team as a Dispatcher and play a crucial role in managing our logistics operations and streamlining our filing processes efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the collection and delivery of documents to and from the assigned destination in safe, timely and courteous manner
• Responsible for filing of documents 
• Assist with general office administration & operation duties
• Maintain and update relevant data and records
• Responsible on banking matters
• To carry out duties that will be assigned to you from time to time by the Office Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualifications
• Possess a valid B2 driving license with no traffic record or driving offences and own a motorcycle
• Language required: Bahasa Malaysia & basic English.
