Penerangan Pekerjaan - Office Manager

Job Description:

Halo Industries, Inc. is looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly, supporting our team members, and facilitating a productive work atmosphere.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage office operations including facility maintenance, supply inventory, and vendor relations.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Assist with HR functions such as maintaining employee records and managing time-off requests.
  • Implement and enhance office policies and procedures to increase efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage office budget and expenses.
  • Support communication between departments and assist with special projects as needed.
  • Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.

Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with office technology.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with employees and vendors.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Experience with HR processes and practices is a plus.
