What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee the daily operations of the Bangsar office and provide support to other sites when required.
Lead office setup activities, including coordination with vendors, procurement of office equipment, and workspace readiness.
Manage relationships with co-working space providers, including processing payments, monitoring contracts, and ensuring service delivery.
Maintain office supplies inventory and manage procurement to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Coordinate facility-related concerns such as maintenance, repairs, security, and cleanliness.
Support administrative requirements for new site launches or expansions.
Handle general administrative tasks including documentation, filing, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
Provide on-the-ground administrative support for minimal HR-related activities such as onboarding logistics, workspace preparation, ID/access coordination, and employee documentation.
Assist with budget tracking and cost monitoring for office-related expenses.
Identify opportunities to improve office processes and enhance operational efficiency.
What You Bring to the Team
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
At least 3–6 years of experience in office administration, facilities management, or operations.
Experience managing multiple sites or supporting office setups is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Comfortable handling administrative tasks that require physical presence and coordination.
