All of this is accomplished with a decentralized architecture, bringing the GPU cloud to the community and making computing accessible for all.

We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) and Office Manager who will be responsible for supporting the organization with executing HR and office operations. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company culture and morale remain positive and effective, as we seek to grow our company in the cloud gaming and AI industry. The ideal candidate is someone who has previous experience working in HR and office administration, and who is passionate about technology.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage the Malaysia office, including coordinating with vendors for equipment maintenance and office supplies.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained and organized.
  • Assist in maintaining HR records, including employee files, insurance records, and other relevant documentation.
  • Support with visa applications, tax compliance, and other administrative tasks related to HR.
  • Assist the HR Manager in the hiring process, including coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Previous experience in office management and HR administration.
  • Familiarity with Malaysia's labor regulations and administrative processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability to accommodate office and HR-related tasks, including the ability to adjust working hours as needed.
