Role and responsibility
- Handle phone calls and attend walk-in guests.
- Manage general email enquiries, daily mailings and couriers.
- Administrative support to audit team.
- Maintenance and filling of documents.
- Manage office admin matters.
- Other duties or tasks as required.
Requirement
- Relevant working experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess initiative, ability to work independently, multi-tasking and committed
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good command of English and Mandarin language
