Job Descriptions:
- Handle touch points with patrons and deliver excellence in customer care
- Daily operations at Concierge Counter - attending to patrons' enquiries, provide direction / information and assist customers in lost & found and loan of amenities
- Manage customer feedbacks / complaints until case is closed
- Make public announcements
- Provide first aid when needed / emergencies
- Constantly monitoring trends in Customer Service for applicability
Marketing Support
- Support and assist Marketing team in promotional activities in managing redemption, contest and events monitoring set-up
- Constantly update tenants' listing and contacts
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years working experience in mall or similar capacity
- Competent in hospitality
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent in problem solving and analytical thinking
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willing to work on shift rotational basis
- Work Location: The Starling Mall, Damansara Uptown
