Officer, Internal Audit (Sabah)

Inventory Stock Take, Cash Count & Compliance Audit:

• Perform physical Stock Count, Cash Count & Compliance Audit.
• Undertake stock reconciliation, Cash Count Analysis, Void/Cancelled transactions analysis and store compliance checklist. 
• Ensure proper bank-in procedures by store. 
• Perform store intervention and investigation.

Reporting:

• Ensure timely and proper submission of Field Audit working papers.
• Findings of audit field work is properly documented. 
• Ensure proper punctuality and timely attendance records by field audit staff to store.

Teamwork: 

• Ensure good communication with store personnel and operations team at all levels. 
• Able to work as part of field audit team. 
• Assist the HQ Audit Executives in execution of audit & administrative work. 
• Perform any other work as and when required.

REQUIREMENT  

Experience:

• Fresh graduate encouraged to apply. 
• Candidates with 2-3 years of experience (i.e. added advantage). 
• Good command of Mathematics, English & Malay language.

Competencies (abilities, skills, knowledge required):

• Graduate in Diploma/Degree in Accounting (or any field).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
