Job Title

Officer, Navigation Documentation

Reports To

Executive, Navigation Documentation

Role Purpose

Prepare, coordinate and ensure updated documents and EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) are available for safe, legal and efficient flight operations.

Key Accountability

Prepare and distribute manuals and update of EFB to aircraft, crew and stations in timely manner to ensure updated information available.

Ensure quality document produce incompliance to the industry and company standard.

Ensure operations and regulatory documents are compile for operation reference.

Ensure tracking and monitoring of manuals, post flight data are updated for audit purposes.

Ensure procurement process are prepared according to company policies.

Qualifications & Working Experience

SPM with 0-2 years of working experience.

Diploma in any fields with 0-1 years of working experience.

Skills & Knowledge

Able to converse in English.

Computer literate.

An added advantage if possess working experience & knowledge on documents control and policy.

Key Challenges

Frequent changes on runway data due to airport work in progress.

Unscheduled temporary revision due to operation requirements.

Keep abreast with the technology due to system upgrade.
