Penerangan Pekerjaan - Officer, Operations Admin (Retail)

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for administrative works, document systemization and upkeep
  • Maintain reports files and records
  • To assist the Centre Management operations team as and when it deems necessary
  • To perform any ad hoc task from the superior from time to time
  • To assist in preparing reports as required by Senior Operations Manager
  • Coordinate submission, review and analyze routine reports and to follow up with respective departments head.
  • Responsible for the point of contact between the management and stakeholders (i.e. Tenants, Contractor, Client, etc
  • To ensure updated list.Asset Management
  • To do asset tagging for all Company’s inventory
  • To ensure the Company’s Asset is in good condition
  • To liaise with vendor for any damages or warranty issues of Company’s asset.
  • As and when required by the Management and any relevant Ad-Hoc / Admin Task
