Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Hilton in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, the Online Live Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.
Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
2. Demonstrate independent problem-solving skills to handle a variety of customer requests and concerns.
3. Utilize time management skills to efficiently handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
4. Make informed decisions to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold Hilton's high service standards.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and follow up on resolution.
6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and colleagues.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures for data privacy and security.
Requirements:
1. Seniority at the Associate Level with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or online support.
2. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely in written form.
3. Independent and resilient personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
4. Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
5. Decision-making skills to handle challenging situations and make sound judgments.
6. Familiarity with chat support software and online communication tools.
7. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
