Job Description

We welcome Digital Marketing & Planner with professional, technical, and interpersonal skills and having the quality of honesty and strong moral principles to join our team. You will have the opportunity to be involved in any part of event related work within the marketing department work scope and be responsible for any campaign’s tasks assigned to you.

You will play an important role, such as:-

• Plan, develop, execute, and maintain all the company's online presence including but not limited to social media, website, emails, advertising campaigns, WhatsApp & etc.
• Develop and manage creative social media content to engage with company stakeholders to ensure the brand remains recognizable, up to date and consistent across all online and offline platforms.
• Produce and deliver engaging content using various formats such as texts, infographics, images, videos and more.
• Assess and analysis digital marketing campaigns, measure ROI, identify trends and insights, optimize and forecast results to ensure better campaign performance.
• Prepare reports regularly and report to superiors and provide key recommendation based on the insights.
• Coordinate and work closely with internal departments such as marketing team, designer team, video production team, copywriter team, promotion team and etc. - as well as external advertising agency.
• Observe and follow guidelines from international HQ.
• Identify, evaluate, and conceptualize emerging technologies and trends.
• Plan and assist in special or ad-hoc projects whenever necessary.

We do have a few jobs requirement : -

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication or other related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of work experiences and above.
• Proficient in Meta (FB, IG & etc.), YouTube, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, MS Words, Excel & PPT.
• Marketing, sensitive to current online trends, graphic design, hands-on skills and knowledge on multiple social media platforms and theirs best practices.(web analytics, google AdWords & etc.)
• Good teamwork, communication skills and high adaptability skills.
• Strong analytical skill, creative mind, planning & coordination, problem-solving skills.
• Hands on personality, positive and self-starter (Initiative).
• Proficient in 3 main languages (Mandarin & English & Malay).
• Must possess own transport, work on weekends when required.
