Job Description

• 5-days work week
• Training will be provided

Responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance review of customers, Check ID card, passport, address certificate, etc.
• Assist customers and sales to solve deposit problems, check remittance vouchers and contact headquarters for confirmation and credit.
• Verify power of attorney, set the account to the correct conditions. Configuration of other account conditions.
• Set up affiliate conditions according to the needs of customers or sales. Deal with the commission problem and correct it.
• Process the customer's withdrawal request.
• Financial affairs, manage bookkeeping, accounting, balance, etc.
• Product coordinator, put forward the local market demand to the head office, feedback bug.

• Good working attitude and strong learning ability.
• Work carefully and have a sense of responsibility.
• Curious, good at thinking, like to solve problems in innovative ways.
• Strong subjective initiative and flexible ability to deal with complex problems.
• Good communication and writing skills in Mandarin and English.

We required mandarin speaker as the person selected will be liaised directly with our Client from China.
