We are company which under Oppo and Vivo from China HQ that providing services on device financing, device care, subscription, buyback, trade-in, retail, and distribution buyback, enabling customers to have access to a smart device at an affordable price while minimizing e-waste. Our company branches included Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Europe, France, South America.

Qualifications & experience

• Experience in New or Second handed Mobile device 3 to 5 years.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin), Malay, and English is preferred.
• Proficiency in company operate management, as well as Microsoft Office applications
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals

Tasks & responsibilities

• Develop corresponding sales plans based on company and department sales targets, develop and maintain target markets and complete sales targets.
• Maintain existing channels and help channels coordinate various relationships, including contact with purchasing and sales center supervisors, store managers, and team leaders.
• Collection and analysis of peer company information, including new product launch promotion, price, sales volume, promotional activities, market share analysis and other information, and rapid and positive response based on changing market conditions and the company's business direction.
• Managing promoters includes daily management, recruitment, training, etc., and responsible for the management of personnel in the area under their jurisdiction, evaluates and guides the work of subordinates, and submits recommendations on personnel appointments, removals, rewards and punishments.
• On-site business processing, including prototype display, implementation of promotional activities, pop management, price management, etc.
• Summarize and analyze the sales situation in the market every week, carry out activities in a timely manner according to market demand; and monitor activities
• Understand channel management and operation, and know the terminal situation
