Responsibilities:-
- Responsible to ensure that all service quotations including the sales quotation for all customers are in order & approved in a timely manner;
- Responsible to manage and attend to all customer service complaints and inquiry-related issues promptly;
- To support Technical Supervisor in the distribution of jobs and scheduling in the absence of an Operation Consultant & Supervisor or Manager;
- Reconciliation of job sheet to ensure job sheet was received from technicians after the job is done;
- Ensure that Job sheet billing for customers is accurate and in a timely manner;
- Assist the finance department to handle all pending invoices for all key account customers;
- Assist to attend to incoming calls and inquiries ;
- Assist General Manager & Operation Consultant on ad hoc assignments from time to time.
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O"
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Autocount
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in R&M or equivalent.
