- Supporting the sales & project Dept in overall customer service including pre-sale and after-sales activities
- Handling calls, emails, and messages as well as answering customer queries and complaints.
- Handling order processing internally and externally.
- Ensuring orders are being processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Preparing sales order documents such as Sales Order and any other related documents.
- To be up to date and manage customer's sales and orders effectively.
- Ensuring customer service quality to all customers at the highest standard on customer satisfaction.
- Assist Operation & Project Manager in day-to-day coordination and management of production operational activities. Monitor, control, and manage production activities to operations to meet the expectations.
- Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure order delivery within allotted timelines.
- Identify problems in the production process and resolve them in quick and timely manner. Follow standard operating procedures for efficient production operations.
- Prepare, submit, filing and follow-up all daily operations of all documents
- Assist with the preparation, assembly, and distribution of reports
- Multi-tasking and completing tasks within the deadline given
- Able to read, write and speak in mandarin. Candidates fluent in mandarin are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Must be able to communicate in English as well
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager / Operation Manager
- Date of birth is required from all applicants to facilitate a background check.
