      Operation Executive (E-Commerce)

• Oversee and optimize various aspects of e-commerce operations, including website functionality, user experience, product listings, managing inventories, processing orders, online payments, order fulfillment and customer service on major online marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Conduct through analysis of sales data, market competition, and trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop, execute, and assess promotional campaigns and pricing strategies to maximize sales.
• Ensure accurate setup of deals, pricing, and promotions across all e-commerce platforms.
• Manage and optimize online advertisements for enhanced visibility and conversion rates.
• Engage with customers through chat, addressing inquiries and takes appropriate actions.
• Maintaining store performance and KPIs tracked by marketplaces and management
• Communication & coordination between internal teams, partners and platforms.
• Assist and handle any ad-hoc assignments when assigned by management.
• Inventory management to ensure continuity of sales.

Qualification

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the E-commerce field is required for this position.
• Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Masscomm, Marketing, E-commerce or equivalent.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Mandarin & Malay
• Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
• Computer literate familiar with SQL Accounting Software will be added advantages.
• Able to start work immediately.
