Tecsen Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will ensure the seamless execution of our sales processes and logistics, ensuring maximum efficiency across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Domestic and Overseas Shipment Management: Arrange domestic and overseas shipments for the import and export of goods. Ensure timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.
- Comprehensive Document Handling: Handle a variety of shipping documentation on a day-to-day basis, including bills and invoices, import/export declarations, bills of lading, and other documents as required by clients, exporting countries, importing countries, and transit countries.
- Third-Party Coordination: Actively promote and coordinate partnerships with logistics and forwarding companies to achieve efficient transportation of goods to customers. Liaise with private and public sector entities for smooth operations.
- Shipping Schedule Management: Coordinate and follow up on shipping schedules for outbound orders to ensure commercial priorities are met.
- Import/Export Support: Handle all import and export-related tasks, collaborating with team members as needed.
- Basic Stock Management: Be able to operate basic stock management systems to support inventory control.
Desired Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role.
- Logistics Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of logistics principles, shipping regulations, and inventory management techniques.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions to operational challenges.
