Responsibilities
- Key in and update daily/monthly production stocks reports.
- Generate stocks by performing using Microsoft Words/Excel/ERP system.
- Perform tasks assigned by all the production seniors and sales orders.
- Up keep all kind of production administration works.
- Communicate/report daily production with all kinds of activities.
- Arrange and prepare material for daily operations.
- To prepare the production report and monitor the output of each machine
- Support internal and external audit for ISO documentation
- Implement and monitor quality control programme
- up keep all kind of production administration works.
Skill Requirements:
- Mastering in Mathematic.
- Work well in Microsoft Office words/excel/reporting.
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Good communication skills to deal with internally and externally personnel's.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing Planner or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of working experience.
- Cheerful, optimistic, cooperative, and proactive.
