Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Operation Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and delivering excellent guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Set up the units according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the homestay units.
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Arrange cleaning services and ensure the units are well-maintained.
- Ensure the units are clean and in good condition at all times.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures, including key handover and inventory checks.
- Handle guest communication before, during, and after their stay to ensure a seamless experience.
- Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with cleaning staff and maintenance personnel to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
