• Supervise and manage all on-site installation and construction activities, operation & maintenance solar system, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to solar inverters, panels, trackers, and other system components.
• Conduct regular inspections and performance assessments to identify potential issues and optimize system efficiency.
• Manage on-site teams, including contractors, technicians, and laborers, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
• Analyze system performance data for monitoring platform to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting project milestones, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a culture of safety among all team members.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Power/Civil/Mechanical engineering or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years working experience in Solar PV project
• Possess GCPV wireman / ST certificate/ Relevant certifications in solar PV system design and maintenance is added advantage.
• Flexible to travel within Malaysia with driver license and own vehicle.
• Able respond to emergency issues and take relevant actions.
