Operation Manager

Company Background:

We are representing a company in the self-service laundry industry, and they are looking for a Operation Manager to cover the Klang Valley areas.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage the team to deliver excellent service. 
• Motivate and improve team performance.
• Make sure all operations follow company standards, including service quality, customer service, sales, and internal controls.
• Improve branch performance by increasing sales, managing expenses, and finding cost-saving opportunities.
• Plan staffing and recruitment. Identify training needs and guide team members on weekly sales goals, store management, operations, and customer service.
• Supervise Outlet Supervisors to ensure branch cleanliness, good sales, and positive customer experiences.
• Check and make sure all daily, weekly, and monthly reports are accurate and submitted on time.
  
• Ensure branch administration, stock control, and safety procedures are done properly.
• Monitor all outlet operations to make sure they follow company rules and policies.
• Plan and run branch marketing activities. 
• Work with the marketing team to make sure promotional materials are sent and displayed on time.
• Review token levels and CDM reports. Prepare sales collection and cleaning schedules for the branch.
• Handle customer complaints when needed. 
  

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum SPM and above.
• At least 2 years working experience in the retail business.
• Candidates with experience managing multiple outlets have an advantage.
• Must be customer-friendly, have good integrity, and attention to detail.
• Must possess own transport.

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm)
