General Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, particularly in the warehouse, including receiving, storage, logistics coordination, customer feedback, and the goods return and replacement processes, ensuring adherence to standard procedures and lean practices.
• Implement and sustain efficient inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs, enhancing overall operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations, ensure productivity, and maintain effective communication and cooperation across teams.
• Assist with HR and administrative tasks, such as recruitment, employee relations, and general office management, contributing to the smooth operation of the company.
• Monitor and improve employee and team performance through coaching, training, and feedback.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Management Team to support overall company operations.

Requirements

• Candidates has at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in warehouse/ logistic management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in operation and warehousing.
• Strong leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important in a multiracial working environment.
• Resourceful and independent with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration at many levels. 
• Knowledge in handling Microsoft Office system (computer literate)
